Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
For PICK UP orders, processing begins once the order is confirmed.
Orders may take longer during peak seasons or public holidays.

Local pickup orders will be notified when the order is ready for collection.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect packages upon receipt.
If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or evidence.
We will work with the courier to replace or refund eligible orders.
