  • For courier deliveries, tracking numbers will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

  • Local pickup orders will be notified when the order is ready for collection.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Customers should inspect packages upon receipt.

  • If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or evidence.

  • We will work with the courier to replace or refund eligible orders.
