Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to you in STORE CREDIT form method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via our IG: Thewoodsmy.

Shipping Returns
